13:59 - the last Heller's sausage, and a boiled egg, both with hot sauce. I kept feeling hungry because I was craving certain foods that weren't available in the flat. It's PMS.




18:40 - pasta with Italian sausages, fresh button mushrooms, baby spinach and mesclun, fresh tomatoes, and garlic. Yum! Had second helpings.




22:53 - a navel orange after we came back from our walk.
