08:47 - yes, it's my little green tumbler of coffee again, and a multigrain ham and egg sarnie.




15:03 - was utterly famished when I bought all these: three salmon and avocado sushi, a teriyaki chicken and avocado sushi, and a tuna roll. And fried chicken wings from Satay Palace (I ate four). Also had some coffee with milk.






21:29 - chicken macaroni soup with carrots and onion.




Around 22:00 to 23:00, I had leftover coffee from my late lunch, and some Pringles. No fruits that night.


An okay pole prac - Shirley said something about a lesbian pole night for all the single ladies to hook up. I'd like to see that!
