11:31 - Vita-Weats with onion dip, multigrain toast with Nutella and red plum jam, and black coffee.


13:16 - tuna-raisin melt.

18:35 - some caramel popcorn.

18:58 - red jambalaya (adapted from this recipe), and chickpeas.

20:21 - black coffee.

I shall endeavor to cut down on caffeine-intake and my portion-size hereon.
