I bought medicated plasters (a pack of 3) before dinner yesterday and I've been using them ... to no avail. Scarily, I think that might mean my injury is not in fact muscular ... =(
Hopefully it feels better tomorrow.
Sigh.

hi i hope the doctor had okay news and isn't bone/ribs.
=( you should really rest and not over-exert yourself.
sitting at the computer too long (ie: one whole day at work not getting up even for lunch is too long).
