My legs spread as wide as the ligaments would allow (and they were pretty tight), elbows hovering milimeters from the floor, Hege materialized behind me, placed her hands on my back, and rested her weight on me.
My elbows touched down; I whimpered. She said, "Get used to it - I'll be here for awhile."
Three minutes later, my legs were trembling and I was half-groaning, half-whimpering, she said, "Sounds like you're enjoying it. I'm getting comfortable."
