In the shower, I thought: it's okay if I choose to deal with it by bringing it to the surface, even if only temporarily; what matters the most is that I do it in a responsible, clear-headed, and clean manner.
Perhaps like the way dance helps me control the physical, bod-mods will help me manage the emotional.
